Becky Eaton is an associate in the Corporate Department of the London office of Latham & Watkins.

Becky primarily advises clients including financial sponsors, corporates, and management teams on private equity, venture capital, cross-border M&A transactions, and general corporate matters. 

Prior to joining Latham, Becky was an associate in the corporate department of a major international law firm, based in London and has also spent time working in its office in Dubai.

  • Atos on the acquisition of Cloudreach, a provider of multi-cloud services from the Blackstone Group
  • Moonbug Entertainment on its acquisition by Candle Media, a Blackstone-backed portfolio company
  • L Catterton Europe on its investment in SendCloud, an e-commerce shipping platform
  • Spectrum Equity on its minority investment in OTA Insight, a cloud-based data intelligence platform for the hospitality industry
  • Agilitas Private Equity on its acquisition of Frontier Medical Group, a medical device manufacturer that focuses on skin and wound care*
  • Agilitas Private Equity on its acquisition of TenCate Advanced Armour, global provider of protection solutions for people working in hostile environments*
