Associate
Caitlin Nguyen is an associate in the Orange County office of Latham & Watkins. Caitlin primarily handles corporate representation, with an emphasis on capital markets, corporate governance, and transactional matters. Caitlin also advises companies in matters involving Securities Exchange Act disclosure and compliance obligations, including periodic reports, annual and special meeting proxies, Section 16 and Schedule 13 filings, and related disclosure matters.
In addition to her commercial work, Caitlin serves as a member of the Recruiting Committee and is the leader of the Multicultural Promotion and Attainment Coalition in the Orange County office.
Caitlin graduated cum laude from Northwestern Pritzker School of Law. While in law school, she served as an International Writing Fellow and received the Arlyn Miner Book Award for Excellence in Legal Writing.
Prior to law school, Caitlin graduated Phi Beta Kappa with high honors from the University of California, Santa Barbara, where she received the Academic Excellence Award.
