Caroline Toman Lammon is an associate in the Washington, D.C. office of Latham & Watkins. 

Ms. Lammon advises clients on a range of intellectual property, technology, and data privacy and security related matters, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity financings, commercial contracts, and licensing and outsourcing agreements.

Ms. Lammon also maintains an active pro bono practice, assisting survivors of domestic violence in partnership with the D.C. Volunteer Lawyers Project.

Ms. Lammon earned her JD from Harvard Law School, where she served as an executive editor on the Harvard Journal of Sports and Entertainment Law. During law school, she worked for the legal departments of the Boston Red Sox and the Milwaukee Brewers and the labor department of Major League Baseball.

Prior to joining Latham, Ms. Lammon worked as a summer associate in the firm’s Washington, D.C. office.
