• Digital Realty on its joint venture with Bersama Digital Infrastructure Asia, a Southeast Asian regional digital infrastructure platform, for the purpose of forming Digital Realty Bersama to develop and operate data centers across Indonesia
• Unioil Petroleum Philippines, a Philippines-based downstream oil company, on its sale of a 25% stake to Aramco
• I Squared Capital on the acquisition of Philippine Coastal Storage & Pipeline Corp, the largest independent import terminal in the Philippines, from Keppel Infrastructure Trust and Metro Pacific Investments Corporation
• ST Telemedia Global Data Centres, a leading data center colocation services provider, on its SGD1.75 billion (approximately US$1.3 billion) investment from global investment firm KKR (through its Asia Pacific Infrastructure Investors II Fund), and Singtel, Asia’s leading communications technology group. The transaction marks the largest digital infrastructure investment in Southeast Asia to date in 2024
• Searchlight Capital Partners, a transatlantic private investment firm, on its minority investment in Synergy Marine Group, a leading global ship manager and provider of end-to-end maritime solutions headquartered in Singapore
• Evolution Data Centres, a Singapore-based data center developer, on its programmatic joint venture with Warburg Pincus for the development of sustainable hyper-scale data centers in the fast-growing cloud markets within Southeast Asia
• Ascential PLC, the specialist information, analytics, and e-commerce optimization company, on its acquisition of Intrepid E-Commerce Services, an e-commerce services platform with operations in Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, Philippines, Malaysia, and Hong Kong
• Tybourne Capital Management on a US$96 million Series C investment into Kopi Kenangan, Indonesia's fastest growing New Retail F&B chain
• Baring Private Equity Asia on its US$150 million investment into Virtuous Holdings Pte Ltd, an international content production company specializing in video game development and 3D art production
• A consortium comprising Koh Boon Hwee and Novo Tellus on the privatisation of Singapore-listed Sunningdale Tech Ltd by way of a scheme of arrangement. Sunningdale Tech Ltd is a leading manufacturer of precision plastic components with a presence across various industry segments including automotive, consumer, IT, and healthcare*
• ARA Asset Management Group in connection with its acquisition of stapled securities of Cromwell Property Group (Australia) by way of a creep acquisition and a partial offer*
• Temasek on the consolidation of four of its affiliated asset management companies, with a combined asset under management of approximately SGD75 billion*
• Great Eastern on the US$28 million acquisition of PT QBE General Insurance, the Indonesian general insurance arm of QBE*
• Singapore Post Limited on its SGD39 million divestment of its interest in Indo Trans Logistics Corporation, a Vietnam logistics company*
• NTUC Enterprise Co-operative Limited on its joint venture with Providend Holding Private Limited relating MoneyOwl Private Limited, a financial adviser and fund management company*
• Ayeyarwady Bank Limited, on a bancassurance arrangement with AYA Myanmar General Insurance Company Limited, a non-life insurance company and a related entity of Ayeyarwady Bank Limited. The bancassurance was established in connection with a wider joint venture with Sompo Japan Nipponkoa Insurance Inc.*
