Constanze Köttgen

Constanze Köttgen is an associate in the Hamburg office of Latham & Watkins and practices in the firm’s Litigation & Trial department.

Constanze advises and represents national and international clients before German state courts and in arbitral proceedings with a special focus on corporate litigation. She further advises companies on cartel damages actions.

Before joining the firm as an associate, Constanze gained experience in the Litigation & Trial department of the Latham & Watkins offices in Hamburg and London during her practical legal training.
