Daniel Ovadia

Daniel Ovadia is a finance associate in the New York office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the Banking Practice. 

Daniel represents financial institutions, as well as borrowers and issuers, in a broad range of leveraged finance transactions, including acquisition financings, debt restructurings, and cross-border transactions.

Prior to joining Latham, Daniel was an associate at another major international law firm, where he represented financial institutions and private equity sponsors in complex acquisition financings.
