Daniela Jaeger is an associate in the Frankfurt office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the firm’s Corporate Department. Daniela represents national as well as international clients in all areas of intellectual property law, with an emphasis on trademark, patent, competition, and copyright law. She advises clients on IP and know-how transfer, in particular on transactions in the field of intellectual property and information technology.
Daniela studied law at the EBS University of Economics and Law in Wiesbaden and at the Universidade Católica Portuguesa in Lisbon. She also holds a Bachelor of Law and a Master of Arts due to additional studies in business administration at EBS University.
Prior to joining Latham as an associate, she gained experience as an attorney in intellectual property law, particularly with regard to trademark and competition law. In this area, she advised national and international clients mainly on IP litigation and all areas of trademark portfolio management. In addition, she worked at other renowned law firms as a law clerk and legal research assistant in the areas of intellectual property and litigation.
