Daying advises both public and private companies on full range of capital markets transactions and corporate matters, including:

  • Initial public offerings (IPOs) and follow-on offerings in the US and Hong Kong
  • Public company representation including regulatory compliance, M&A, and privatization

She draws on extensive work in both China and the US, advising a wide range of issuers and underwriters, particularly in the technology, financial services, and energy sectors. She also advises clients on related litigation and internal investigation matters.
