Devdeep Ghosh is an associate in the Corporate department of Latham & Watkins’ London office. His practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions (particularly in the energy and infrastructure sector), private equity, joint ventures and general corporate matters.

Prior to joining Latham, Devdeep was an associate in the corporate team at a Magic Circle firm and spent time on secondment to the firm’s Abu Dhabi office.
