  • Permira in the acquisition of a majority stake in Engel & Völkers, a leading property brokerage platform
  • TeamSystem SpA in the acquisition of Software del Sol and Billin, two leading Spanish companies in the development of accounting and business management software
  • Grupo Gransolar´s shareholders in the sale of 100% of the stake to Trilantic for €420 million in an LBO transaction by virtue of which certain sellers will hold 40% of the share capital of the purchaser
  • Bolsas y Mercados Españoles (BME), the Spanish stock exchange operator, in the all-cash voluntary friendly tender offer by SIX Group AG
  • Cerberus in the acquisition of 80% of the entire real estate portfolio of Banco Sabadell
  • Cerberus in the acquisition of a 80% stake in BBVA´s real estate business
