Dr. Felicitas Mayer-Theobald is an associate in the Tax Department in the Munich office. She specializes in international and transactional tax law.

Felicitas’ practice focuses on M&A and private equity transactions, and advises private equity funds comprehensively on tax and structural aspects.

Felicitas has qualified as a certified tax advisor (Steuerberaterin) and as a specialist tax lawyer (Fachanwältin für Steuerrecht).

In addition to her legal practice, Felicitas is a regular author of tax-related articles and judgment reviews.
