Florian Brüggemann is an associate in the Corporate Department of Latham & Watkins’ Hamburg office.

Florian advises on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and general corporate law.

Florian studied in Hamburg, Aarhus (Denmark), and London. He also worked as a research assistant at the chair of civil law, civil procedural law, and general procedural law at the University of Hamburg.

Florian completed his practical legal training at the Higher Regional Court of Hamburg with stages in the Corporate Department of Latham’s Hamburg and London offices.
