Giordano Silvaggi is an associate in the Chicago office of Latham & Watkins.

Giordano primarily works with the firm’s Corporate Department.

Before joining Latham, Giordano was a PILI Fellow at The Immigration Project. 

While in law school, Giordano was a founding member of the Michigan Law NIL Program, where he represented student athletes. In addition, Giordano was a student attorney in the Entrepreneurship Clinic at the University of Michigan Law School, where he counseled startups on various corporate matters, including fundraising, business structuring, and employment agreements.

Upon graduating from the University of Michigan Law School, Giordano was awarded the Emmett E. Eagan Award for excellence in the field of corporate law.
