Greg Bonné advises clients on a wide range of cross-border antitrust and competition matters, particularly those involving merger control investigations.
Greg guides international private equity firms, their portfolio companies, and other private and public companies on a wide range of UK and EU competition issues, including:

Before joining Latham, Greg worked for more than five years at the CMA as an Assistant Director of Mergers and Phase 2 Project Director, where he coordinated over 100 UK merger control investigations and served on the Mergers Intelligence Committee.
He has appeared before the Competition Appeal Tribunal and the Court of Appeal in England and Wales.
