Harrison Hutchinson is an associate in the London office of Latham & Watkins.

Mr. Hutchinson represents clients, predominantly private companies and private equity funds, in acquisitions, management buy-outs, minority investment transactions, and general corporate transactions. Mr. Hutchinson has also worked for publicly listed companies on a variety of corporate activities and transactions.

He has a particular focus on the technology, manufacturing, and industrial sectors.

Mr. Hutchinson maintains an active pro bono practice, representing small and large charities with various corporate and contract-related matters.

Mr. Hutchinson’s experience includes advising:

  • A private equity fund on an equity refinancing, restructure, and partial sell-down of an entertainment business
  • IMG Arena, a subsidiary of Endeavor Operating Company, on its acquisition of Leap Gaming, a Malta-based virtual sports and casino games provider
  • A sovereign wealth fund on its Series A venture capital investment in a sustainability startup
  • A global financial business on a joint venture and reorganization
  • Cadence Design Systems, on its acquisition of Future Facilities group, a UK-based data center
  • A European private equity fund on the sale of an advanced English engineering and manufacturing company to a listed overseas purchaser
  • A US private equity fund on the acquisition of a Norwegian advanced manufacturing company
  • On general corporate work for a UK AIM-listed company
  • The sellers of an English telematics company to a US private equity fund
  • The management of an English interior design company on a management incentivization plan restructuring
  • A US private equity fund on the asset sale of an English nuclear part manufacturer to a key industry competitor
