  • Terra-Gen in construction debt and tax equity financings of multiple battery storage projects, including the:
    • 400 MWh Beaumont battery storage project in Beaumont, California and 320 MWh Canyon Country battery storage project in Santa Clarita, California
    • 386 MWh Sagebrush B battery storage project in Mojave, California
  • Primergy, as the sponsor, in:
    • The tax equity financing of the 100MW Prairie Mist solar project in Ashley County, Arkansas
    • The US$580 million construction debt financing of the 408 MWac Ash Creek solar project in Hill County, Texas
  • Arevon Energy in the construction financing of the Ratts 1 and Heirloom solar projects in Pike County, Indiana
  • Energy Capital Partners in a US$600 million revolving credit facility in connection with the acquisition and take-private of Atlantica Sustainable Infrastructure
  • ArcLight Capital Partners in connection with LHT’s over US$360 million term loan and US$250 million ABL financing
  • Power Sustainable in a strategic 50% investment in the 300 MW solar generation and 150 MW battery storage Desert Quartzite project in Riverside County, California
  • Brookfield Renewable in connection with:
    • An acquisition financing for a distributed generation platform purchased from Exelon Generation Company that includes approximately 360 MW of operating projects (located in 13 states and Washington, D.C.) and 700 MW of capacity under development*
    • The US$560 million private placement financing for a 192 MW hydroelectric project in Louisiana*
    • US$733 million sale of a 391 MW portfolio of wind projects in California and New Hampshire to NextEra Energy Partners*
  • Luminace in connection with various corporate and project financings*
  • Pattern Energy in the tax-equity financing of its 1,050 MW Western Spirit wind generation projects in New Mexico, which was named IJGlobal’s 2020 North America Renewables – Onshore Wind Deal of the Year*
  • Bank of New York Mellon in a tax equity investment associated with the repowering of three wind projects owned by Enel*
  • Goldman Sachs Renewable Energy Partners in a US$500 million private placement financing*
  • An ad hoc group of bondholders in connection with the restructuring and related exchange offer of indebtedness of Martin Midstream*
  • The lenders in a term loan financing for a new stadium for the Nashville SC Major League Soccer (MLS) franchise*
  • The US Department of Transportation in various financings under the TIFIA program run by the Build America Bureau*
