    Ignacio Sánchez is an associate in the Finance Department of the Madrid office of Latham & Watkins.

    He advises sponsors, corporate borrowers, banks, arrangers, and other financial institutions on a variety of transactions, including real estate finance, cross-border corporate finance, and project finance transactions, among other financing transactions.

    Experience

    Ignacio’s experience includes advising: 

    • A syndicate of lenders in the granting of a c. €100 million multi-tranche facility for the financing of the development of a build-to-rent portfolio in Spain*
    • A syndicate of lenders in the granting of a c. €90 million facility for the financing of the acquisition of a hypermarket portfolio in Spain*
