Jack Vanderford is an associate in the Orange County office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the Corporate Department.
Jack represents both public and private companies, particularly in the technology, real estate, and life sciences industries. He advises clients across a broad range of matters, including corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, capital markets transactions, private financing, and general corporate matters.
In addition to his commercial work, Jack maintains an active pro bono practice and serves on Latham’s Pro Bono committee.
Jack graduated from the University of Pennsylvania Law School. While attending law school, he served as an executive editor of the University of Pennsylvania Journal of Constitutional Law and served as a judicial extern for Judge Kim McLane Wardlaw of the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
