Jake Hummer is an associate in the Boston office of Latham & Watkins.
He advises clients on a broad range of matters relating to corporate finance within various industries.
Jake maintains an active pro bono practice, most recently with the formation and governance of non-profit companies.
Before joining Latham & Watkins, Jake was a Management Analyst at FlashVote, a Law Clerk at Nevada Legal Services, and during law school, served as First-Year Proctor and BGLTQ Specialty Proctor for Harvard College. Jake also coached his former high school’s mock trial team.
Jake is presently the Boston Local Leader for Latham’s LGBTQ+ Lawyer’s Affinity Group.
