Jaschar Mirkhani is an associate in the Corporate Department of Latham & Watkins' Düsseldorf office.

Mr. Mirkhani advises German and international companies and financial investors on M&A and private equity transactions, restructurings, and general corporate law.

He works with clients from a wide range of industries and has particular experience in these sectors:

Prior to joining the firm as an associate, Mr. Mirkhani worked as a law clerk in Latham’s Corporate Department in Düsseldorf and gained experience working as an academic assistant in the Düsseldorf office of another major international law firm. He also worked for the German Embassy in Seoul, South Korea as well as in the Corporate / Commercial Department of an international law firm in Bangkok, Thailand. Further, he has been involved in the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot in Hong Kong and Vienna.
