Jay Khurana is an associate in the Chicago office of Latham & Watkins.

While in law school, he was a Ruth Wyatt Rosenson Scholar and a finalist in the Corporate Lab Transactional Challenge. He also served as an articles editor for the University of Chicago Business Law Review, where his student comment on the treatment of financial information as intellectual property was published.

Mr. Khurana previously worked in public accounting, where he advised middle-market clients on a variety of tax compliance issues.
