  • The underwriters in the secondary listing and US$1.07 billion initial public offering of Trip.com, a leading one-stop travel platform globally, on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited
  • The underwriters on the HK$1.83 billion initial public offering and listing under the Chapter 18A listing regime for biotech companies, of Alphamab Oncology, a leading clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company in China, on the Main Board of Hong Kong Stock Exchange
  • ESR Cayman Limited on its US$1.6 billion initial public offering and listing on the Main Board of Hong Kong Stock Exchange, the largest real estate IPO in ten years
  • China Risun Group Limited, a world leading independent producer and supplier of coke and coking chemicals, on its HK$1.7 billion initial public offering and listing on the Main Board of Hong Kong Stock Exchange
  • Bank of Gansu Co., Ltd. on its HK$6 billion initial public offering of H shares on the Main Board of Hong Kong Stock Exchange, the first listed bank in Northwest China
  • Yuk Wing Group Holdings Limited on a mandatory unconditional cash offer for the outstanding shares in the company triggered by the sale of a 51.32% stake by its controlling shareholder
  • China Merchants & Great Wall Ocean Strategy & Technology Fund (L.P.) on its HK$512.7 million investment to acquire 51.97% interests in TSC Group Holdings Limited, including obtaining a whitewash waiver from the SFC such that no mandatory general offer was required to be made
  • Shandong Ruyi International Fashion Industry Investment Holding Company Limited on its HK$2.2 billion investment to acquire 51.37% interests in Trinity Limited, including obtaining a whitewash waiver from the SFC such that no mandatory general offer was required to be made
  • China Logistics Property Holdings Co., Ltd on its offer to exchange any and all of the outstanding debt securities of the 8% Senior Notes due 2020 and solicitation of consents to amend the 2020 indenture as well as issuance of US$162.475 million 8.75% Senior Notes due 2021
  • China Jinmao Holdings Group Limited, the real estate development business platform of the Sinochem Group, on its HK$3.33 billion placing of existing shares and top-up subscription of new shares
  • A consortium led by Warburg Pincus on its equity investment in OnlinePajak, a provider of tax compliance solutions in Indonesia
