Julia Albrecht is an associate in the New York office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the Finance Department and Banking Practice.

Julia represents investment and commercial banks, borrowers, and private equity firms in a broad range of leveraged finance transactions, including acquisition financings, debt restructurings, and cross-border transactions.

Prior to earning her LLM at Columbia University School of Law, Julia was a banking and finance associate at another leading law firm. She earned her Master of Laws (Mag.iur.) as well as her PhD of Laws (Dr.iur.) from the University of Innsbruck.
