Julia Malaussène is an associate in the Paris office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the firm’s Antitrust & Competition Practice. Ms. Malaussène advises clients on EU and French competition and regulatory law.

Ms. Malaussène advises public and private companies on all aspects of EU and French competition law, in particular merger and acquisitions, abuse of dominance, cartel infringements, civil antitrust damages litigation, and commitments procedure.

Her experience covers several industry sectors, in particular telecommunications and digital platforms.
Prior to joining Latham, Ms. Malaussène worked as an intern in several international law firms, as well as in the legal departments of Engie and CHANEL.
