Julian Glaub is an associate in the Munich office of Latham & Watkins.

Julian advises corporations and financial investors on mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, and general corporate law.

He completed his legal training in Munich and Cape Town. Prior to joining Latham & Watkins as an associate, Julian worked as a research assistant in the Corporate Department of Latham’s Munich office as well as at two other international law firms.

Julian's experience includes advising:

  • Bosch on the sale of its security and communications technology product business
  • Deutsche Beteiligungs AG on the extension of its investment in Solvares Group
  • EMZ Partners on the:
    • Sale of Simon Hegele to Nippon Express Holdings (together with further stakeholders)
    • Acquisition of a significant stake in H&Z Unternehmensberatung (H&Z) 
  • EMZ Partners and H&Z on the acquisition of Haselhorst Associates
  • Equistone and other shareholders on the sale of Sport Group
  • Main Capital Partners on the sale of software company Perbility to Rivean Capital
  • Orlando Capital on the acquisition of Tennis-Point GmbH
  • Partners Group on the acquisition of Rosen Group
