Kacper Coulter is an associate in the Boston office of Latham & Watkins.
While in law school, Kacper was a member of the Duke Startup Ventures Clinic and a participant in the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) Student Honors Program with the Division of Corporation Finance. Kacper served as an executive editor of the Duke Journal of Comparative & International Law and as president of the Duke European Law Society.
Before law school, Kacper worked at a higher education research and technology firm where he advised university leaders on matters including program development and organizational strategy.
