Kellye Quirk is an associate in the Washington, D.C. office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the Data & Technology Transactions Practice.

Kellye’s practice focuses on intellectual property, technology, and commercial transactions. She regularly advises clients on intellectual property and technology related aspects of mergers and acquisitions, including carve-out and transition services related issues, as well as general corporate matters.

Kellye maintains an active pro bono practice, assisting children in partnership with the DC Volunteer Lawyers Project and the Children’s Law Center.

Kellye received her JD from the University of Virginia School of Law, where she served on the executive board of Virginia Law Women and Virginia Law Veterans. Kellye was also a member of the Appellate Litigation Clinic, where she prepared opening and reply briefs and presented oral arguments on behalf of clients before the Fourth and Sixth Circuits.

Prior to attending law school, Kellye served as a surface warfare officer in the United States Navy. She also worked as an operations and technology consultant at a major financial institution.
