Madeleine West

Madeleine West is an associate in the San Diego office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the firm’s Corporate Department.

Madeleine represents public and private companies in connection with domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and public offerings, as well as other corporate matters including corporate governance, securities law, and stock exchange compliance matters.

Madeleine received her law degree from the University of Virginia School of Law, where she attended as a Karsh-Dillard Scholar.
