Mahika Narula is an associate in the Washington, D.C. office of Latham & Watkins.

Mahika advises public and private companies and private equity funds in a variety of corporate matters including mergers and acquisitions, securities offerings, and other transactions. 

Prior to joining Latham full-time, Mahika was a summer associate and diversity scholar in the Washington, D.C. office and a judicial extern for Judge Amit Mehta in the United States District Court for the District of Columbia. Mahika was also a Leadership Council for Legal Diversity Scholar at Mayer Brown LLP and Fannie Mae. 

Mahika attended Georgetown University Law Center, where she served as the Senior Annual Survey Editor for the American Criminal Law Review. She was also a student attorney with the Georgetown Communications & Technology Clinic.
