  • Ortho Clinical Diagnostics on its US$6 billion acquisition by Quidel
  • Carlyle and Unison, a provider of procurement, supply chain, and contract management software to US federal government agencies and government contractors, on selling a majority stake in Unison to Madison Dearborn Partners
