Martina Eisgruber advises German and international banks, investors, and companies on domestic and cross-border acquisition financings and refinancings.

Before joining Latham & Watkins’ finance team in Frankfurt, Martina gained experience during her legal clerkship, which included stages with the finance team of a major international law firm and with Latham's Finance Department in Munich.
