Matthew Galligan

Matthew Galligan is an associate in the Chicago office of Latham & Watkins.

Mr. Galligan represents public and private companies and financial institutions in a broad range of corporate and finance transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, asset-based and cash flow credit facilities, and acquisition and working capital financings. While in law school, he held the positions of Managing Editor of the Florida Law Review, as well as Treasurer of the Association for Law and Business.
