Michelle Aizin is an associate in the New York office of Latham & Watkins.
Michelle represents various types of clients in a number of practice groups, including mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, technology transactions, emerging companies, investment funds, and payment and emerging financial services.
Michelle's experience covers a range of industries including financial institutions, technology, financial technology, and commercial real estate.
Michelle maintains an active pro bono practice, representing Holocaust Survivors in applying for reparations and pensions from the German government.
While in law school, Michelle served as a senior editor of the Journal of Business Law. She was also an intern for the US Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
