Milena Holthöfer is an associate in the Hamburg office of Latham & Watkins. She practices in the Litigation & Trial Department and is a member of the firm’s Complex Commercial Litigation and International Arbitration Practices.

Ms. Holthöfer advises and represents clients in national and international arbitration proceedings as well as in litigation before German courts with a special focus on corporate and complex commercial litigation. She further advises companies on cartel damages actions.

Prior to joining Latham as an associate, Ms. Holthöfer worked at a number of renowned international commercial law firms in the area of corporate law and mergers & acquisitions as well as in the field of Single Market and Industrial Policy during her traineeship at the European Commission.
