Naomi Smith represents life sciences and technology startups throughout their life cycles and venture capital investors on a range of strategic transactions.

Drawing on her experience with a focus on pragmatic outcomes, Naomi counsels clients on a broad range of matters, including:

Before joining Latham, Naomi assisted public company clients with their Exchange Act filings, corporate governance matters, and annual stockholder proxy and meetings.

Complementing her commercial work, Naomi contributes to Latham’s recruiting, mentoring, and training programs, and serves on the firm’s Associates Committee. She maintains an active pro bono practice, including assisting with asylum cases.
