Paloma Arizón is an associate in the Corporate Department of the Madrid office of Latham & Watkins. She primarily advises national and international clients from various industries on general corporate matters, cross-border mergers and acquisitions, restructuring processes, and corporate finance transactions. She has also assisted companies on capital market transactions and regulatory proceedings before the CNMV and the Bank of Spain.
