Pascal Wagenfuehr advises on complex national and international energy and infrastructure investments, in particular, transactions and project developments.

His experience includes, most notably, (digital) infrastructure, renewable energies, hydrogen, gas, and waste.

In addition, Pascal provides ongoing advice on corporate governance and other corporate law aspects in the context of asset management of energy and infrastructure investments.

During his studies at Goethe University Frankfurt, Pascal focused on public commercial law, with a particular interest in energy and infrastructure law. Accompanying his studies in Frankfurt, Pascal worked for three years in the legal department of a leading international professional services firm. 

During his legal traineeship, Pascal completed stages in two international law firms' corporate and litigation departments, the Regional Court of Frankfurt, and the German Embassy in Switzerland.

In 2020, Pascal completed a master in commercial law (LL.M.) at the University of Cape Town, South Africa.
