Phil Goldberg

Phil Goldberg is an associate in the Los Angeles office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the firm's Corporate Department.

Phil received his JD from UCLA School of Law. While attending, he served as the executive editor of the Journal of Environmental Law and Policy, as a research assistant evaluating California Department of Toxic Substances Control programs, and participated in the Frank G. Wells Environmental Law Clinic.

Prior to joining Latham, Phil was a judicial extern for Judge Leondra R. Kruger at the Supreme Court of California. Prior to law school, Phil was a corporate paralegal in the New York office of Latham & Watkins.
