Ruggero Barelli is an associate in the Milan office of Latham & Watkins.
Ruggero represents investment banks, private equity sponsors, and corporate clients in cross-border corporate finance transactions, focusing on issuances of high yield debt securities and acquisition financings.
He was recognized on the Nova Talent 111 List 2023 as one of Italy’s most outstanding professionals.
Prior to joining Latham, Ruggero was an associate at other leading US and UK law firms and an in-house attorney for IBM in Dublin.
While in law school, Ruggero served as student senator at Columbia Law School and as a Faculty Board Member at the University of Milan.
