Sam Lehman is an associate in the Century City office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the firm's Entertainment, Sports & Media Practice. 

Sam represents studios, media companies, and other entertainment, media, and technology clients in a variety of transactions that involve the acquisition, financing, exploitation, and licensing of intellectual property and media-related assets. Sam's experience includes advising on mergers and acquisitions, as well as negotiating personal services agreements, sponsorship agreements, and intellectual property licensing agreements in the entertainment, sports, media, and advertising industries.  

Sam also has an active pro bono practice, focusing in particular on finalizing adoptions for Los Angeles area foster families and mergers and acquisitions for pro bono organizations.

Sam received his Juris Doctor degree from UCLA, where he participated in the El Centro Legal Clinic in Homelessness Prevention, was a mentor for the UCLA Law Fellows, and graduated Order of the Coif. Prior to law school, Sam graduated magna cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania with a BA in Philosophy, Politics & Economics and served as a Teach For America corps member in St. Louis, Missouri.
