Simon Skinner advises clients on the UK tax aspects of complex corporate transactions, including in the private equity sector and for listed clients.

Simon draws on his sophisticated understanding of the global tax landscape to serve as a trusted advisor to listed companies, institutional investors, founders, and management teams in a wide array of tax-related matters, including:

A recognized leader of the tax bar, he is actively involved with the Law Society's Tax Law Committee, through which he contributes to the development and refinement of tax legislation and policy.

Before joining the Latham, Simon was a partner at a UK-based law firm, where he had served as head of its tax department.
