Stephen Yeh advises clients on project development and finance in the renewable energy space.

Stephen represents financial institutions, corporate investors, developers, and sponsors on the development and financing of domestic and international energy projects, including gas, wind, solar, and battery storage.

He regularly advises clients on a full spectrum of renewable energy transactions, with particular emphasis on:

  • Debt financing
  • Tax equity financing
  • Cash equity financing
  • Tax credit transfers

Stephen draws on experience advising on all sides of a transaction, bringing a commercial sensibility to help navigate complexities that arise during the course of the deal.

Prior to his legal career, Stephen was an associate at a Big Four accounting firm.
