Stephen Yeh is counsel in the Los Angeles office of Latham & Watkins. He is a member of the firm's Finance Department and the Project Development & Finance Practice.

Stephen represents financial institutions, corporate investors, sponsors, and developers in connection with all phases of the development and financing of domestic and international energy projects, including gas, wind, solar, and battery storage projects. 

He regularly advises clients on a variety of transactions within the renewable space, with particular emphasis on debt financing, tax equity financing, and cash equity financing arrangements.

Prior to his career as a lawyer, Stephen was an associate at a Big Four accounting firm, with clients in the aviation, packaging, and general manufacturing industries.
