Tess Winston is an associate in the New York office of Latham & Watkins.
Prior to joining the firm full time, Tess was a summer associate and Emerging Companies Scholar in the New York Office.
Tess earned her JD from Stanford Law School, where she graduated with Pro Bono Distinction. While in law school, she worked in Stanford Law School’s Organizations and Transactions Clinic, maintained an active pro bono practice, and served as president of the Stanford Private Practice Association and co-chair of the Stanford Law Association External and Alumni Relations Committee.
Prior to law school, Tess earned her BA from the University of Pennsylvania, where she graduated summa cum laude, and spent three years working in Attorney Development in the New York office of Latham & Watkins.
