Toni Adejuyigbe is an associate in the Corporate Department of Latham & Watkins’ London office and a member of the firm’s Africa Practice.

Toni advises clients on a full spectrum of transactions, from private equity and venture capital financings, to mergers, acquisitions, and general corporate matters. 

Toni’s experience includes advising:

  • Savvy Gaming Group in connection with its US$4.9 billion acquisition of Scopely, a video game publisher and developer
  • ReNew, India’s leading pure-play renewable energy producer, on its US$8 billion sale and listing on NASDAQ via a SPAC
  • Zepz (formerly WorldRemit), a digital cross-border payments platform, on its US$292 million Series E funding round
  • Canva in connection with the acquisition of Kiln Enterprises, a UK-based data-visualization company that provides software solutions
  • Temasek on its Series D investment into Trigo, an Israeli-based company providing cashless checkout software for retailers
  • ComplyAdvantage on its extended Series C financing by Goldman Sachs
  • Azora Capital, on its US$13.5 million strategic minority stake in Abatable, a carbon procurement and market intelligence platform for the voluntary carbon market
  • Octopus Investments on its Series B investment into Flock Limited, a UK-based insurtech company
  • Aztec Network on its US$17 million Series A financing
