Before joining Latham, he worked at other major Chinese and international law firms and served as in-house counsel at the People’s Bank of China.

Vincent’s experience includes advising:

  • SK Capital Partners on its acquisition of the scintillation and photonic crystals business of Saint-Gobain, S.A.
  • Corvus Pharmaceuticals on a strategic collaboration with Angel Pharmaceuticals that enables the development and commercialization of its pipeline of precisely targeted investigational medicines in China
  • Advent International on the formation of a global joint venture for high-performance engineering polymers with specialty chemicals group LANXESS, and on the acquisition of the DSM Engineering Materials business (DEM) from the Dutch group Royal DSM, which will be contributed into the new joint venture
  • Demerger of the PRC subsidiary of a leading global payment solution multinational and sale of the spun-off company operating the China business to the Chinese management 
  • Bright Food on its acquiring a 60% equity interest in Yunnan Yinmore Sugar
  • A multinational engineering company on acquiring a 49% equity interest in a Chinese company from a state-owned seller
  • A European construction equipment company on acquiring several Chinese entities within its global acquisition of another multinational company’s business division
  • A US entertainment company on a private equity financing raising investments from Chinese and international investors
  • A major investment fund on its three private equity investments in the social media and mobile gaming sectors in China, investing a total of US$59 million
  • Caesars Interactive Entertainment on the finance aspects of its US$4.4 billion sale of social and mobile games business Playtika to a consortium including a Shanghai Giant Network Technology Co. affiliate and private equity funds
  • Trina Solar on its IPO of 5,810,300 American depositary shares on the New York Stock Exchange
