  • KKR and the founders of Webhelp, one of the world’s leading providers of customer experience and business process outsourcing (BPO), in the €2.4 billion sale of the company to Groupe Bruxelles Lambert and the reinvestment of the founders and the management in the newly created structure alongside Groupe Bruxelles Lambert

  • ZEPLUG, a leading European provider of electric vehicle charging services in multi-occupant and office buildings, on its €240 million fundraising and acquisition of Bornes Solutions
  • Vivalto Santé, the third-leading group of private hospitals in France, in its acquisition by Vivalto Partners alongside a consortium of minority shareholders

  • Coatue Management on the €173 million Series F financing round of Alan, a leading independent digital health insurance provider in France
