Yan Bao is an associate in the Beijing office and a member of the Litigation & Trial Department.

Yan advises clients on government investigations and internal investigations with a focus on trade and economic sanctions, FCPA, and anti-corruption / anti-bribery. She also represents clients in various cross-border litigations.

  • Conducting an internal investigation for a Chinese unicorn company in connection with related party transactions
  • Conducting an internal investigation for a multinational pharmaceutical company in connection with anti-corruption compliance  
  • Conducting internal investigations for multinational companies in connection with fraud and anti-bribery issues
  • Advising a Chinese technology company in California federal court litigation involving claims of IP infringement and misappropriation of trade secret dispute
  • Advising a multinational manufacturer in California federal court litigation involving claims of breach of contract
  • Performing compliance due diligence and counseling on compliance with trade controls and FCPA for multiple companies across various industries
