    Morgen Seim is an associate in the Houston office of Latham & Watkins.

    Prior to joining Latham full-time, Morgan was a summer associate in Latham’s Houston office. 

    While attending law school at Washington University School of Law, Morgan served as a senior editor for the Washington University Law Review. 

    Prior to law school, Morgan earned her BA in comparative literature from Colorado College.

    Experience

    Morgan's experience includes advising:

    • ExxonMobil in its collaboration with CF Industries and EnLink Midstream on the largest-of-its-kind emissions-reduction project in Louisiana to capture and permanently store up to two million metrics tons of CO2 annually
    • Pending renewable fuels joint venture between affiliates of Chevron Corporation and Bunge Limited
