Timothy Neo is an associate in the London office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the Data & Technology Transactions Practice.
Timothy advises clients on a wide range of global data privacy, cybersecurity, and commercial contract matters. He has particular experience advising a broad range of clients, from start-ups to technology giants, on issues arising from European and UK data privacy legislation, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Timothy also represents clients in a variety of M&A transactions, advising them regularly on a range of technology and commercial issues. Prior to joining Latham, Timothy trained and qualified at PwC, where in addition to advising on data privacy he also undertook large scale GDPR compliance and operational projects.
