  • J.P. Morgan in connection with the issuance of bonds by MHP SE, an Ukrainian agriculture producer, and the tender offer for its outstanding bonds
  • The joint lead managers on the debut offering of guaranteed notes by Silknet, a telecommunication company in Georgia
  • Ukrlandfarming PLC in connection with the solicitation of consents relating to its outstanding bonds
  • The arranger and lender of a secured facility in the amount of US$4.9 billion in connection with the take private offer for KAZ Minerals PLC
